Parallax is made by Perspective Labs Inc., a company in British Columbia, Canada. This draft describes what we collect on this website and in the pilot, and it follows PIPEDA and BC PIPA, with GDPR readiness for later.

On this website

If you join the pilot list we store your email address, the page you signed up from, and any campaign tags in the link you clicked (utm parameters), so we can tell which ad brought you here. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots; it may process your IP address to do so. We count page views and button clicks without cookies and without identifying you.

In the product

Your screen recordings, logos and briefs are stored in the United States on Cloudflare R2 and D1. We send prompts and, where needed, frames to AI model providers to generate scenes; we do not train models on your footage, and you get the list of providers and their data terms before your pilot starts. You own what you make.
